Job summary

AIC Mines Limited is seeking an experienced Process Operator to join the Eloise Copper Mine. You will operate a conventional ~700ktpa flotation plant, including crushing, grinding and flotation, and support safety and efficiency in a fast-paced underground operation.

You'll diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and work with loaders/excavators. The role offers on-site accommodation and a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven operating experience in a mineral processing environment, preferably with crushing plants, grinding mills and flotation.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
• Valid C Class Driver's Licence.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High safety standards with demonstrated commitment to safety values.
• Team orientation and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate a conventional ~700ktpa flotation processing plant including crushing, grinding, flotation and tails storage facility management.
• Identify and diagnose plant issues and requirements for immediate or preventative maintenance.
• Ensure production targets are met and exceeded with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Operate wheel loader, skid steer and excavator in a safe and correct manner.
• Abide by health and safety requirements and employee duty of care obligations.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
