Job summary

Osmoflo Water Management Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join the Pre-Contracts team. The role involves leading bid development, designing tailored water treatment solutions, and guiding technico‑commercial strategies to support successful bids.

You will work closely with the Sales team, participate in ECIs and client meetings, and provide technical expertise through opportunity development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Process or Chemical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years’ experience in process design within the water treatment industry.
• Strong knowledge of water chemistry and water treatment technologies, particularly membrane filtration.
• Familiarity with Australian Drinking Water Guidelines and Australian Guidelines for Water Recycling.
• Experience applying Australian and international standards in resources and municipal sectors.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings and provide technical support to sales representatives.
• Develop tailored technico‑commercial solutions across water treatment technologies.
• Develop concept designs, process solutions and supporting technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine process solutions, designs and pricing.
• Support opportunity development and maintain customer engagement through the development phase.
• Prepare accurate, high‑quality budget proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Lead bid development and review tender documentation and specifications.
• Oversee preliminary design documentation and equipment schedules.
