We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to provide technical leadership, drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the delivery of capital and operational projects within our Queensland Chlor Alkali operations. A current focus of this role will be supporting the establishment of a new chlorine drumming facility at our Lytton Chlor Alkali site. This significant capital project will expand the site's operational capabilities and support its transition to Major Hazard Facility (MHF) status, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to an expansion within our existing Chlor Alkali facilities in Queensland.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be a key member of the Queensland Management Team, responsible for ensuring safe, reliable and sustainable plant operations while providing process engineering expertise and supporting the successful delivery of capital projects from concept through to commissioning. You will provide specialist process engineering expertise, champion process safety, and facilitate the delivery of engineering projects that support operational performance, growth, and long-term business objectives.
You are a technically strong Chemical Engineer with proven experience leading both plant improvement initiatives and capital projects in a complex industrial environment.
