Job summary

Hexagon Autonomy & Positioning seeks a Senior Manager Pre-Sales Architecture to lead a regional team in delivering end-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer needs. The role bridges business requirements and Hexagon capabilities, ensuring tailored, scalable proposals across the region.

You will drive presales activities, mentor architects, and collaborate with sales, legal, and customers to shape winning solutions and robust bid responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor regional team of solution architects.
• Represent business during contract negotiations.
• Develop end-to-end solution architectures for customers.
• Lead design, specification, and selection of high-quality information systems.
• Translate customer requirements into Hexagon offerings.
• Contribute to bid and proposal processes.
• Deliver customer presentations and demos.
• Support sales with technical and commercial inputs for RFIs/EOIs/RFPs.
• Drive strategic growth and partner initiatives with senior leadership.
• Document outcomes and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure architectural governance across SDLC and projects.
• Maintain architecture references, standards, and roadmaps.
