Job summary

Hexagon is seeking a Senior Manager Pre-Sales and Architecture lead to manage a regional team of solution architects. The role focuses on strategic technical engagement, developing tailored solutions from Hexagon's portfolio, and supporting complex bids with strong business outcomes.

You will bridge customer needs with product capabilities, ensuring delivery across presales, architecture leadership, and program success, leveraging TOGAF and cloud expertise.

Qualifications

• Tertiary level education in IT, Computer Science or similar relative field.
• 10+ years Solution Architecture experience with a focus on Pre-Sales highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or the equivalent.
• Solid understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and other interface architectures.
• Proven and demonstrable professional experience in a presales or equivalent role.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead a dedicated team of solution architects throughout the region managing priorities, upskilling, succession planning and efficiency gains.
• Provide business representation during commercial contract negotiations internally (legal) and external (customer).
• Develop understanding of Hexagon Portfolio and lead end-to-end solution architecture for customer requirements.
• Lead design, specification, and selection of high-quality information system solutions considering functionality, data security, integration, infrastructure, and performance.
• Translate customer requirements into Hexagon solution offerings and capture business challenges.
