Manage project budgets and spend approvals; review requests and recommend cost-saving alternatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align priorities and mitigate risks.
Identify opportunities to improve project scoping, build, and deployment by updating processes and conducting audits.
