Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management for complex construction projects, including design evaluations, external partner selections, contract negotiations, and procurement — ensuring delivery aligns with budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Develop project strategies and allocate resources effectively, holding project managers and external partners accountable for milestones while monitoring metrics and driving corrective actions.
• Manage project budgets and spend approvals, reviewing requests against business needs and recommending alternate solutions to control costs and maximize value.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, architects, design consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to align priorities, remove dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve how projects are scoped, built, and deployed by developing and updating processes and conducting facility audits.
