Uniting is seeking an Orange Door Senior Practitioner in Dandenong to deliver high-quality responses to children, young people and families experiencing family violence. The role involves intake support via phone, site, and outreach within a multidisciplinary team, with mentoring and leadership duties as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant degree in Social Work or related discipline (AQF Level 7+).
• Experience with children, youth, and families welfare.
• Strong risk assessment and management skills.
• Understanding of MARAM Framework, Best Interests Principles, and relevant Acts.
• Valid driver's licence.
