Uniting Vic.Tas is seeking an Orange Door practitioner based in Dandenong, VIC, to join a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality responses to children, young people and families in need. You will complete assessments, develop safety plans and coordinate referrals within the Best Interests framework.

This permanent full‑time role offers access to $15,900 salary packaging benefits, additional leave options and a supportive management structure.

Qualificações

• Minimum qualification: degree in Social Work or related family violence discipline (AQF Level 7+)
• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
• Knowledge of child, youth and families welfare and the broader service system

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality, safe and effective responses to children, young people and families experiencing family violence
• Complete initial and ongoing assessments using the Best Interests framework
• Develop Family Action Plans and Safety Plans as required and refer to other services
• Advocate and provide support to client families
• Operate within a matrix management model with Team Leader supervision
