Job summary

Western NSW PHN is seeking a Senior Practice Development Officer to support primary healthcare providers in Western NSW to build capability, sustainability, and high-performance practice models.

You will work through a coaching and partnership approach with general practices, Aboriginal Health Services, and other primary care providers to strengthen operations and adopt best-practice enablers and technology.

Responsibilities

• Support primary healthcare providers to build capability and sustainability, and to implement high‑performance practice models across Western NSW.
• Collaborate with general practices, Aboriginal Health Services, and other primary care providers to strengthen operations and adopt best-practice enablers and technology.
• Support vulnerable practices and foster local partnerships to improve long-term viability of primary care services.
