Job summary

Fyfe is seeking an experienced Principal / Team Lead Power Systems Engineer to lead and shape a growing Power & Connection capability, delivering high-quality technical outcomes for data centres, renewable energy and storage projects.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, drive R0–R2 connection studies from concept to execution, and develop technical standards while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical/Power Engineering.
• 10+ years in power systems engineering and grid connections.
• Knowledge of R0, R1, R2, NER, AEMO processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead grid connection studies from concept to execution.
• Deliver data centre, renewable energy and storage projects.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical workstreams.
• Develop technical standards and frameworks.
• Build client relationships with stakeholders.
