Qualifications
- Extensive experience in power system analysis, transmission planning and high-voltage network studies.
- Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex power system modelling and EMT studies using PSCAD and related tools.
- Provide specialist technical advice on HV transmission equipment specifications, performance and network connections.
- Conduct technical assessments across insulation coordination, switching, harmonics and over-voltage analyses.
- Review and validate engineering studies, designs and connection assessments for informed decisions.
- Represent the business in technical forums and stakeholder engagements, driving best practice.
