You will work on grid connection, generation and distribution projects, using PSS Sincal, PSS/E, DigSilent and other tools to deliver robust outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, qualifying you for power system work in Australia.
• You have demonstrated experience as an expert in power system analysis in grid connection, generation, transmission and distribution.
• You are highly proficient with power system software such as PSS Sincal, PSS/E, DigSILENT, Python, PowerFactory and PSCAD.
• You have Project Management experience with commitment to excellent customer service across multiple projects.
• Knowledge of planning and connection studies, including load flow and fault analysis.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisation and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to present to clients with clear, solution-focused results.
• Demonstrates innovation, initiative and inquisitiveness to deliver positive client outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Providing support to multiple power projects across Australia.
• Performing analytical studies using power system analysis tools in network planning, protection and interconnection.
• Developing models for connection of generators, loads, and BESS and align with regulations.
• Define and present plans, budgets and risks to clients.
• Support to sales team to articulate technical concepts to clients.
• Generate models, studies and reports for network service providers (e.g., AEMO).
• Support project managers and bid coordinators to prepare proposals for new work.
