Job summary

Dynamo Recruitment in Canberra is seeking a Senior Power Platform Software Engineer to join a major Australian government organisation on a hybrid basis.

You will design, develop and enhance modern digital solutions using Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and full‑stack tech including C#/.NET, REST APIs and Vue.js.

The role offers exposure to AI and intelligent automation and requires baseline security clearance. Hybrid work in Canberra.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Pages.
• Excellent front-end development skills and modern full-stack capability (C#, .NET).
• Experience integrating front-end apps with backend services and APIs.
• Significant Azure experience and Power Platform integration know‑how.
• Ability to work with architectures, reusable components and modern practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a small multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality code.

We are currently looking for Senior Power Platform Software Engineers to join a major Australian government organisation and work on an exciting digital transformation program.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced developer with strong Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure and full-stack development skills to work on a high-profile digital portal that is continuing to expand.

The Role

You will join a small, high-performing multidisciplinary team, working closely with business stakeholders to design, develop and enhance modern digital solutions.

You'll be working across:

• Microsoft Power Platform
• Dynamics 365 & Dataverse
• Power Pages
• Vue.js or similar modern frameworks
• C# / .NET
• REST APIs, JSON & SQL
• Power Automate

What We're Looking For

We're looking for senior developers who can demonstrate:

• Strong experience developing solutions using Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Pages
• Excellent front-end development skills
• Strong full-stack development experience with C#/.NET
• Experience integrating front-end applications with backend services and APIs
• Solid experience with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies
• Experience working with application architectures, reusable components and modern development practices
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
• The ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams

Experience with AI and intelligent automation would be highly regarded, including:

• AI Builder
• Generative AI
• Agent-based solutions

Relevant Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure or AI are also highly regarded.
