Job summary

NRI Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Senior Developer (Power Platform) to provide post-go-live support for a customer's Power Platform estate. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting with strategic advisory work, helping stabilise production while documenting patterns for future AMS engagement.

You will deliver L2/L3 production support across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio, work with REST APIs, and help shape target support models, SLAs, and

Qualifications

7+ years in application support or development roles with 5+ years Power Platform experience.
Deep knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform Admin.
Experience with REST APIs and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for Power Platform components.
Troubleshoot incidents, flow failures, app errors, and permissions.
Document support patterns and inform AMS scoping.
Collaborate with stakeholders and Microsoft Support as needed.
