Job summary

Queensland Government's Power Platform Team within Applications Management delivers, supports, governs, and continuously improves Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Copilot Studio services across the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR).

The Senior Developer will lead the delivery of secure, scalable enterprise solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and technical specialists to meet business objectives and standards.

Qualifications

• > Experience designing, developing and supporting enterprise Power Platform solutions.
• > Experience with Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies.
• > Experience using Azure DevOps and GitHub for source control and modern practices.
• > Experience implementing ALM and deployment pipelines.
• > Experience with Dataverse, Dataflows, External Tables and enterprise data management.

Responsibilities

• > Lead development, deployment and support of solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Copilot Studio and related technologies.
• > Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including planning, development, testing, deployment, support and continuous improvement.
• > Apply modern development practices, including source control, DevOps, ALM, deployment pipelines and QA processes.
• > Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• > Develop reusable components, integrations and technical assets to improve delivery efficiency and platform maturity.
• > Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert support across development, test and production environments.
• > Mentor developers and citizen developers, fostering knowledge sharing, innovation and engineering excellence.
