Job summary

Peoplebank is partnering with a Adelaide-based not-for-profit mid-sized organisation to recruit a Power Platform Developer. You will maintain, support and enhance ICT systems including Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft 365, acting as the primary contact for troubleshooting and system operations.

You will gather and document business requirements, liaise with external vendors, and assist in developing new systems, change management and training programs.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in computer science, IT, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot systems issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, especially liaising with non-technical staff.
• Experience in business systems analysis, process mapping, and project coordination.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and enhance existing applications, including Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft 365.
• Be the primary user contact for troubleshooting, supporting system operations, and resolving issues.
• Gather and document business requirements, assess opportunities for system improvements, and liaise with external vendors.
• Assist in developing and deploying new systems, supporting change management and process optimisation.
• Plan and deliver end-user training, ensuring staff are equipped to utilise systems effectively.
• Develop and maintain ICT policies and procedures, ensuring system security and compliance.
• Support overall ICT operations and undertake additional project-related duties as needed.
