Job summary

Capgemini Australia seeks a Power Platform Consultant to design, develop, and deliver solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, architect scalable solutions, and implement modern workplace capabilities using Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Copilot.

You will lead SharePoint migrations, governance, and development of business applications to streamline processes and enhance productivity, while ensuring

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SharePoint development and consulting.
• Proven experience delivering projects across SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Copilot, and Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint migrations (on-premises to SharePoint Online).
• Hands-on experience in building Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements to design tailored SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Microsoft 365 solutions.
