AECOM in Perth, Australia, is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Ports & Maritime to lead large-scale, technically complex marine infrastructure projects. You will drive project lifecycles, provide strategic technical direction, and mentor engineers to build capability and succession across regional teams.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, compliant designs with strong client satisfaction, and relies on established stakeholder networks.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (ideally more than 15 years) in structural engineering, with significant ports and marine projects, adhering to ANZ standards.
• Qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering Technology or similar field and track record delivering Ports and Marine projects.
• Proven project management and extensive design experience with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver large-scale, technically complex structural engineering projects for ports and marine infrastructure with emphasis on quality and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic technical direction and leadership across project lifecycles; mentor engineers for capability development and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with local and international maritime codes and standards while proactively managing risk and safety.
• Build and sustain strong client and stakeholder relationships across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
• Champion innovation in structural design and drive continuous improvement in QA processes.
