Orange City Council is seeking a strategic, people-focused leader to join our Infrastructure Directorate as Manager Project Management Office. Reporting to the Director Infrastructure, you will lead Council's Project Management Office and provide strategic oversight of project governance, portfolio planning and project delivery across a diverse capital works program.

Leading a team of Project Managers, you will strengthen organisational project capability, establishing best-practice frameworks

Formación

• Significant leadership of complex project portfolios or PMOs.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing project teams.
• Strong knowledge of governance, contract administration and delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks and competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across all organisation levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Council's Project Management Office and drive governance, planning and delivery of capital projects.
