Orange City Council is seeking a strategic, people-focused leader to join our Infrastructure Directorate as Manager Project Management Office. You will lead Council's PMO, provide strategic oversight of governance, portfolio planning and delivery across a diverse capital works program.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience leading complex project portfolios, capital works programs or PMOs.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing project teams.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, contract administration, delivery methodologies, reporting and assurance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, resources, risks and competing priorities.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, organisational capability and innovation.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, PM, Business or related discipline.

• Lead Council's Project Management Office and a team of Project Managers to deliver a diverse capital works program.
