Synergie Australia is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Major Projects for two active infrastructure projects in Western Sydney. The role covers day-to-day delivery, scope and schedule management, cost forecasting, and contractor oversight during a hands-on, live operations period.

The position runs from December 2026 to June 2027, with a structured handover before project ownership commences in February 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience delivering complex engineering, infrastructure or industrial capital projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple active projects concurrently.
• Strong contractor management, contract administration and commercial capability.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of day-to-day delivery across two active major projects.
• Manage scope, schedules, cost forecasts, risks, issues and change controls.
• Drive progress against milestones and resolve emerging constraints.
• Manage contractors, consultants and suppliers, including variations and claims.
• Coordinate design, construction, operational readiness, commissioning and handover activities.
• Maintain accurate project reporting, forecasts, risk registers and action tracking.
• Work closely with operations, engineering, procurement, finance and HSE stakeholders.
