Job summary

D&B in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major $70M–$120M multi-residential and student accommodation project in Inner Melbourne. You will own delivery from procurement through handover, steering complex teams, coordinating with the Construction Manager, consultants and client to meet time, cost and quality targets.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction, proven delivery on large residential schemes, and superb leadership and contractual understanding.

Qualifications

10+ years' construction experience with senior PM exposure.
Delivery of large-scale multi-residential or student accommodation projects.
Strong commercial, procurement and contracts understanding.

Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for successful delivery of the project from procurement to handover.
Lead the project team across construction, commercial, procurement and administration.
Develop and manage the overall programme, procurement strategy and delivery method.
Oversee subcontractor procurement, tendering, negotiations and package awards.
Manage project costs, budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; ensure safety, quality and compliance.
