Job summary

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Emerging Technology within the Digital Services team. You will lead complex projects across AI, automation, remote monitoring and digital therapeutics, translating strategies into delivery plans that improve patient care and staff experience.

The role requires proven project leadership in a large organisation, with strong governance, budgeting, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex projects in a large organisation.
• Experience with digital, technology, service improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, remote monitoring, wearables and interoperability.
• Experience in NHS or health and care environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects from discovery through post-implementation review.
• Translate digital and AI strategies into practical delivery plans.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and technical teams to deliver outcomes.
• Manage governance, supplier relationships, budgets and benefits realisation.
