• Proven experience in delivering complex digital programmes.
• AgilePM qualification; Prince2 experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Assess the strategic intention, expected outcomes and critical success factors of the data model and Wayfinder projects.
• Identify, track and ensure project benefits are realised and reported.
• Devise detailed programme and project plans, set up workstreams and manage inter-workstream dependencies.
• Supervise staff development and performance, ensuring personal development plans are in place.
• Take action on performance and attendance matters and support staff health and wellbeing.
• Lead team development by clearly describing roles and work plans.
