Job summary

Western Health is seeking a Project Manager to lead Digital Technology projects across multiple sites. You will ensure delivery to scope, time and budget within the PRINCE2 framework, coordinating diverse stakeholders and reporting to the PMO and steering committees.

Applicants should have 5+ years in project leadership, PRINCE2 certification (or plan to obtain within 3 months), and proven cost estimating and governance experience in healthcare technology environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a project lead delivering complex DT projects.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification or commitment to acquire within 3 months.
• Experience delivering projects to scope, budget, time and quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned digital technology projects to support the DT change portfolio.
• Engage with stakeholders to define and manage scope, plans and schedules.
• Report regularly against key project metrics to the PMO and steering committees.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships for materials and services.
• Contribute to the DT Project Management Framework with transition-to-operations plans.
