Job summary

MI Plumbers, established in 2004, seeks an Estimator/Tender Lead to own the estimating and tendering process for commercial plumbing projects in Western Australia. You will review plans and scopes, prepare competitive tenders, and coordinate with the construction team, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver accurate pricing and profitable bids.

The role requires experience in commercial plumbing installations, strong numeracy, and Advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Previous trade experience in a commercial plumbing environment.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and scopes of work.
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Excellent numeracy and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates, tenders, bids and proposals within required timeframes.
• Review plans, specifications and scopes to determine project requirements, costs and risks.
• Manage tender deadlines, submissions and follow up, including tender feedback.
