Job summary

Marble Group is seeking a Dynamic Construction Manager specialized in Plumbing to lead end-to-end plumbing projects, from planning through delivery, across multiple sites in NSW. You will drive safety, quality, and compliance with WHS standards, coordinate resources, and guide teams to meet client expectations.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or Plumbing Technology, with at least five years in construction management focusing on plumbing, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• Valid plumbing licence and relevant certifications.
• White Card and WHS induction.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, codes and specs.
• Proficient in project and job management software.
• WHS legislation knowledge and safety procedures.
• Strong communication with management, teams and clients.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure WHS and environmental compliance across sites.
• Provide technical leadership and manage resources efficiently.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Deliver projects with high technical precision and client satisfaction.
