Job summary

Marble Group is seeking a Dynamic Construction Manager specialized in Plumbing to lead end-to-end plumbing projects, from planning through delivery, across multiple sites in NSW. You will drive safety, quality, and compliance with WHS standards, coordinate resources, and guide teams to meet client expectations.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or Plumbing Technology, with at least five years in construction management focusing on plumbing, and a proven ability

You'll be at the forefront of maintaining compliance with Work Health and Safety and environmental standards, providing technical leadership, and managing resources efficiently to achieve exceptional delivery standards. Your expertise will be crucial in forging strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, ensuring that each project meets the highest levels of technical precision and client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Valid Plumbing Licence and relevant certifications.


• General Construction (WHS) Induction - White Card.


• Excellent ability to read and interpret construction plans, codes, and specifications.


• High proficiency in computer literacy, including project and job management systems.


• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and company safety procedures.


• Proven track record of effective communication with management, supervisors, team members, and customers.


• Valid driver's license.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in managing complex plumbing projects.


• Familiarity with Environmental and Quality Management Systems.


• Capability of conducting post-project reviews and capturing lessons learned.


• Experience in developing and implementing quality control programs.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Plumbing Technology, or related field.


• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management roles with a focus on plumbing.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel to various project sites as needed.


• Willingness to participate in and lead WHS meetings and investigations.
