Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, implement, and improve our CI/CD solutions. You will automate manual workflows, document runbooks, and interact with customers to tailor solutions.

The role requires hands-on AWS and VMware proficiency and strong scripting in Bash, PowerShell, and Python. You will design new CI/CD tooling, mentor teams, and work with Docker and Kubernetes environments, Terraform, Ansible, and Git-based workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience administering complex CI/CD solutions.
• Production-level expertise in AWS and VMware.
• Fluent English communication and collaboration with customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new CI/CD solutions to enhance business operations.
• Automate fragmental and predominantly manual workflows.
• Write comprehensive documentation and runbooks for newly implemented technologies.
• Investigate and identify issues within the existing CI/CD solutions.
• Propose and implement improvements without direct supervision.
• Present and explain solution decisions directly to customers.
