Job summary

Skip Loans is building the fastest, most intelligent home loan platform in Australia. This role focuses on secure, reliable, and observable infrastructure by default, spanning platform security, fleet identity, and the delivery pipeline.

You will own CI/CD, security posture, vulnerability management, and automated provisioning, enabling engineers to ship changes safely and frequently.

Qualifications

• 6+ years across DevOps, platform, security, or operations-heavy engineering.
• Experience building secure, production cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Ability to own security posture and reliability in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own platform security posture, IAM, secrets management, and breach response.
• Define disaster recovery and business continuity strategies with documented RPO/RTO targets.
• Own infrastructure-as-code and the deployment pipeline for fast, safe production releases.
• Manage fleet IT and identity/lifecycle (SSO/MFA) with automated onboarding/offboarding.
• Shift from manual toil to policy-as-code and automated remediation.
