Job summary

FGJV is seeking a Planning and Monitoring Coordinator to support project teams in delivering projects on schedule through developing plans and schedules, monitoring progress and reporting outcomes. You will maintain detailed programmes in P6, coordinate with site teams, and produce forecasts, dashboards and time-impact analyses to support project success while adhering to safety and FGJV policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related infrastructure field.
• White Card.
• 8+ years in construction in a similar role.
• Experience on large-scale projects preferred.
• Proficient in Oracle P6 and basic AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Monitor detailed programmes in P6 and other software.
• Ensure accurate and timely progress of works at site uploaded in FGJV systems.
• Develop forecasts and modelling of what-if scenarios.
• Prepare weekly dashboards and progress reports.
