Job summary

Future Generation Joint Venture in Australia seeks a Planning and Monitoring Coordinator to support project teams with schedules, progress reporting and look-ahead forecasts. The role focuses on delivering on-site plans, coordinating with P6, AutoCAD and other tools, and maintaining accurate progress data for Snowy 2.0 related works.

The successful candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree, a White Card, and 8+ years in construction planning, with strong time management and analytical

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar infrastructure field.
• White Card held and active.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in construction planning roles.
• Experience on large scale projects preferred; Autodesk AutoCAD knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor detailed programmes in P6 and other software.
• Ensure timely progress of works is uploaded to FGJV systems.
• Develop and update internal and contractual programmes in P6.
• Prepare weekly dashboards and 6 week/90 day look-ahead schedules.
• Develop forecasts and what-if analysis; LEAN planning participation.
• Provide support to reporting and interface schedule with budget.
• Coordinate planning activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Adhere to FGJV values and policies; support project success.
