Job summary

You will work within a collaborative planning group, using your NSW planning expertise and strong communication to deliver quality outcomes across metropolitan and peri-urban areas.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Urban Planning or equivalent.
• Extensive NSW Planning system experience with complex Development Applications.
• Strong analytical ability and independent working style.
• Experience in Land and Environment Court practices and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive business improvements in Development Assessment.
• Experience mentoring staff and handling negotiations.
