Job summary

TDW Australia is seeking a Project Engineer/Manager to plan, design, prepare and execute pipeline intervention projects. You will act as the focal point across the project lifecycle, supporting pre-sales and execution while ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Responsibilities include leading tender analyses, coordinating cross-functional teams, launching ERP projects, managing budgets, and driving improvements in QHSE. Domestic travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or Business.
• 3–5 years of project management or project execution experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience in pipeline or industrial projects is beneficial.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Tender analysis and proposal development; act as technical consultant for bids.
• Lead cross-functional project execution, coordinating engineering, procurement and field ops.
• Ensure QHSE compliance and drive continuous improvement; support professional development.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams; travel up to 25%.
