Job summary

TDW Offshore Services AS is seeking a Project Engineer/Manager to plan, design and execute pipeline intervention projects. You will act as the focal point across the project lifecycle, coordinating pre-sales, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with standards, safety, and customer requirements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and serve as the single point of contact for engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and field operations, delivering TDW solutions on

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management, project engineering, or project execution experience
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a project-based environment
• Experience in pipelines, hot tapping, plugging, pressure-containing equipment, or oil and gas services
• Familiarity with international standards and codes (ASME, Australian standards) and ability to read engineering drawings
• Strong English communication; additional languages advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for HT&I solutions within budget
• Act as SPOC with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, services operations, and customers
• Lead kickoff meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams throughout contract execution
• Prepare and submit engineering packages and manage customer approvals
• Manage project budget, revenue phasing, and ERP system launches
• Support quality, HSE and continuous improvement initiatives
