Job summary

TDW is seeking a Project Engineer/Manager in Australia to plan, design, prepare and execute pipeline intervention projects. You will support pre-sales, manage project delivery, and liaise with sales, operations, and customers through the full lifecycle.

The role focuses on coordinating HT&I projects, ensuring compliance with standards, and delivering TDW solutions for complex technical and contractual setups across APAC. Travel about 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience leading project engineering/execution in industrial settings.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Consultant in bid/no-bid decisions for strategic projects.
• Lead cross-functional project team through contract execution and milestones.
• Own SPOC for discussions with engineering, procurement, and customers.
• Manage ERP launch, revenue phasing, and ETO process coordination.
• Prepare schedules, monitor budget, and control project costs.
• Identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell and manage variations.
