• Detailed knowledge of clinical pharmacology assay development and regulatory standards.
• Experience in clinical research and independent project management.
• Experience working to GCLP standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate analytical assays using specialist equipment with high skill.
• Provide expert advice on experimental design, assay validation, and logistics to staff and external collaborators.
• Lead multiple projects to meet deadlines for pharma, sponsors, and regulatory agencies.
• Manage resources across projects, prioritise equipment use, and coordinate with external partners.
• Develop new analytical methods and upgrade facilities, including equipment procurement.
