Job summary

The Commission is seeking an EL1 Performance Reporting Manager, Business Unit to lead corporate and performance reporting across the organisation. The role includes developing reports such as the corporate plan, annual report and PBS, and providing strategic analysis to inform executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate reporting for government entities.
• Knowledge of Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
• Ability to develop organisation-wide frameworks for reporting.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and broker decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the Commission's key corporate and organisational reports, including corporate plan and PBS.
• Manage the reporting calendar and ensure timely submissions of statutory and governance reports.
• Prepare briefs for the Board, Audit and Risk Committee and Parliament.
• Oversee the project management and performance reporting framework.
• Analyse performance data against commitments and provide insights.
• Liaise with Commonwealth entities and senior management; supervise the Performance Reporting Officer.
