Job summary

Infosys is seeking a seasoned Performance Engineer to design and implement performance testing and tuning strategies for cloud and on‑premise applications. You will build tools, lead multi‑cloud testing initiatives, and work with DevOps and data teams to optimize performance.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, Azure, and large data workflows, while mentoring teammates and advancing SRE practices within an innovative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 10 years of experience with Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end performance testing and tuning strategies.
• Build custom performance tools using Java or related tech.
• Lead performance testing strategy, execution, and analysis across multi-cloud and third-party systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with DevOps, Data, and Engineering teams to optimize performance.
• Develop and maintain automated performance testing frameworks.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices.
