Job summary

PartnerOne is seeking a Performance Engineer to lead enterprise performance efforts ensuring system scalability and reliability across cloud environments. This role involves designing and executing load, stress, and scalability testing while identifying bottlenecks across applications, APIs, and infrastructure.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Development teams to validate production readiness and support high-availability deployments within Azure and AKS.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise performance engineering efforts ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Design and execute testing strategies including load and stress testing.
• Identify bottlenecks across applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• Work closely with various teams to validate production readiness.
• Support high-availability cloud deployments within Azure and AKS.
