The role partners with Group Executive and senior leadership to deliver people strategy across the division and manage complex ER matters.

You will drive workforce planning, talent strategies, and data insights, while partnering with executives to align people initiatives with business objectives. Start November, through August 2027.

Qualifications

• Current or recent Senior People Partner or Senior HRBP experience in investment management, wealth management, or financial services.
• Strong ER and IR capability with experience handling escalated matters.
• Comfortable operating at Group Executive level in a regulated, commercially focused environment.

• Partner with Group Executive and Investments leadership to deliver people strategy across a specialist financial services portfolio.
• Lead organizational design, change management, and cultural transformation initiatives aligned to divisional objectives.
• Provide strategic ER advice on complex matters, including investigations and dispute resolution.
• Drive workforce planning, talent strategies, and people data insights to support divisional decision-making.
• Co-create solutions with People Practices that bring the Employee Value Proposition to life.
• Lead a cross-functional people squad to deliver across the employee lifecycle.

SENIOR PEOPLE PARTNER, INVESTMENTS

Sydney | Hybrid, 3 days per week | $210,000 to $220,000 inclusive of super, pro rata | contract to August 2027

A large financial services organisation are looking for a Senior People Partner on a 10-month fixed term basis, running through to August 2027. This role specifically supports the Investments division and requires someone with a genuine understanding of investment management, wealth management, or broader financial services environments and the people dynamics that come with them.

Partnering directly with Group Executive and senior leadership, the role leads the delivery of people strategy into the division, driving practical, strategy-aligned solutions across the full employee lifecycle. The right person brings senior partnering experience, deep ER capability, and the credibility to operate at pace with investment professionals and senior leaders.

What You'll Be Doing

Background Required
