Bright & Duggan Group is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to drive our HR strategy and partner with NSW leaders. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across engagement, wellbeing, change and workforce planning.

The position is hybrid with occasional travel to Sydney sites, based at our St Leonards office. You will champion employment practices aligned with Fair Work and local awards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level HR degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years as Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
• Knowledge of Australian employment law and modern awards.
• Experience in property, real estate, or strata is preferred.
• Experience delivering people initiatives and change programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align people strategies with objectives.
• Provide expert HR advice, solutions, and support to teams.
• Champion engagement, wellbeing, and positive culture initiatives.
• Lead change management, organisational design, and continuous improvement.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
• Oversee ER matters and ensure fair, compliant processes.
