Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Payroll Consultant to lead payroll validation, reconciliation, and continuous improvement across client projects. The role includes advisory support on payroll matters in a client-facing capacity and flexible hours within a hybrid Sydney-based arrangement.

The candidate should have extensive experience with high-volume payroll operations, SAP and ERP systems, and strong leadership. Formal payroll certification is optional but beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, full-function payroll operations.
• Proficiency with SAP and payroll software/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership and project implementation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities
