Job summary

Full Circle Partners is seeking Senior Payroll & HRIS Consultants for Perth, offering contract and permanent roles. You will work with clients across healthcare, government and resources, focusing on complex multi‑agreement payrolls and HR systems implementations.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in payroll or HR systems, hands-on award interpretation, and experience with major platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG or Kronos. Hybrid Perth-based roles available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in payroll or HR systems
• Deep functional knowledge of at least one enterprise platform
• Hands-on award and enterprise agreement interpretation
• Payroll remediation, reconciliations, back-pay calculations and parallel pay runs
• Configuration, testing and documentation across HR, payroll, time and attendance, leave and payroll-to-finance integration
• Confidence working with payroll teams, HR, finance and IT
• Implementation, upgrade, support or transformation experience; full-lifecycle delivery highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Interpret awards and enterprise agreements for large rosters and shift-based workforces
• Configure and stabilise payroll and HRIS systems
• Remediate payroll issues and perform back-pay calculations
• Test integrations across HR, payroll and finance systems
• Document configurations and processes for compliance and training
• Collaborate with payroll, HR, finance and IT teams to deliver transformations
