Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in payments support or fintech services.
• Hands-on experience handling payment-related customer queries and escalations.
• Comfortable with phone, live chat, and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support across phone, chat, and written channels.
• Take ownership of complex, sensitive, or escalated cases and resolve them promptly.
• Assist customers with payment plans, refunds, chargebacks, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
