Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our Operations team in Australia. You will be the first point of contact for client enquiries and work to resolve issues with a client-first mindset.

You will handle CRM-based investigations, build strong client relationships, and ensure compliant, accurate outcomes while supporting admin tasks and refunds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate and resolve merchant and partner issues using CRM systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide expert product and service knowledge to clients.
• Support compliance requirements and admin tasks as needed.
• Assist with refunds and account changes as required.
• Contribute to process improvements through client feedback.
