The role focuses on flexible and rigid pavement solutions, coordinating with clients and multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality engineering outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in flexible pavement design and rehabilitation.
• Tertiary qualification in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Experience in rigid/stabilised pavement designs and interpreting pavement condition data.
• Proficiency with CIRCLY 7.0 and other pavement design tools.
• Ability to work with clients and contractors to deliver site-specific pavement solutions.
• Solid project management across administrative, commercial and technical tasks.
• Experience coordinating pavement projects within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-focused attitude with a track record developing others.
• Experience across highways, industrial, maritime and/or airfields sectors is valued.
