Job summary

WGA in Melbourne seeks a Senior Engineer to lead flexible pavement design and rehabilitation projects for roads and highways. You will work with Civil and Geotechnical teams, coordinating with clients and contractors to deliver site-specific, constructible designs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pavement design and rehabilitation projects.
• Tertiary degree in civil/geotechnical engineering.
• Proficiency with CIRCLY 7.0 and other pavement design tools.
• Ability to coordinate with clients and contractors to deliver site-specific designs.
• Strong project management, commercial and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pavement design and rehabilitation work for roads and highways.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver design solutions.
• Engage with clients and contractors to ensure constructible designs.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers.
