Job summary

Wallbridge Gilbert Aztec (WGA) is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Civil and Geotechnical teams in Australia. You will lead pavement designs across roads, ports, and industrial facilities for local and state governments, defence, and private developers.

Proficiency in CIRCLY 7.0 and other pavement software (HIPAVE, FAARFIELD, BPA, Rubicon, AfPA methods) as well as strong client-facing communication is essential. A team-first attitude and project management experience are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Proven experience across flexible pavement design and rehabilitation ideally within a Consulting Environment.
• Tertiary Qualifications in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Ideally experienced in rigid pavement, stabilised pavement designs and assessing condition data on existing roads.

Responsibilities

• Lead pavement design and rehabilitation projects across roads, ports and industrial facilities.
• Collaborate with clients and contractors to identify constructible and site-specific pavement designs.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
